TaskMonkey offers a limited free usage option for non-commercial purposes. Free users can scan orders, compare prices, and claim a price adjustment for one product. If you continue to use the Services beyond the free usage, you must purchase credits. Abuse of the free usage policy, including but not limited to repeated unauthorized use, may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Payments and Credits

TaskMonkey requires credits for using certain features of the Services. Credits are consumed based on usage, and the details of credit consumption are provided at the time of purchase. TaskMonkey reserves the right to modify credit consumption rules at its discretion. Users are responsible for reviewing the applicable rules before purchasing or using credits.

Refund Policy

All sales of credits are final. However, if you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact support at mike@taskmonkey.ai. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and TaskMonkey reserves the right to approve or deny requests at its sole discretion.

6. AI-Generated Content

Certain features of the Services utilize generative artificial intelligence to communicate with Amazon customer service. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

TaskMonkey does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or acceptability of the generated content by third parties, including Amazon customer service.

Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying the content’s accuracy before sending it.

TaskMonkey assumes no liability for any outcomes resulting from the use of AI-generated content, including account restrictions or other adverse effects.

7. Abuse of the Product

Excessive or abusive use of the Services, including frequent or unauthorized interactions with Amazon customer service, may result in temporary or permanent restrictions on your Amazon account. TaskMonkey is not responsible for any such restrictions or penalties. We strongly recommend that you review and comply with Amazon’s policies to avoid any disruptions.

TaskMonkey reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

9. Limitation of Liability
